When I first began my fitness journey, it was driven by the same motivation that compels many others: dissatisfaction with multiple aspects of my health and well-being. My primary motivation for exercising stemmed from my physical condition—I was overweight, had little muscle, and found myself easily out of breath. Like many, I reached a point where I knew it was time to make a change.
My initial focus was on figuring out how to lose weight. From there, I turned my attention to building muscle. Lastly, I aimed to improve my cardiovascular endurance. I, like most people, wanted results quickly, but I soon realized that achieving sustainable fitness requires time and dedication.
As I embarked on this journey, my goal was to lose fat, gain muscle, and improve cardiovascular health simultaneously. Through years of experimenting with different nutrition plans, exercise routines, and various combinations of the two, I encountered many challenges and setbacks. However, through persistence, I eventually developed a formula that worked for me.
After successfully achieving my personal fitness goals, I wanted to see if my approach could benefit others. Over the years, I had built strong relationships with people at the gym who had observed my progress, making it easy to find volunteers willing to try my program. I selected four individuals with varying body types: one was overweight, one was underweight, one had an average physique, and one was already fit.
Each of them followed my program for six months without deviation, and the results were remarkable. The overweight individual lost a total of 47.5 pounds, the underweight person gained 17 pounds of muscle, and the average individual shed their remaining fat to reveal a lean, sculpted physique. The most fascinating case was the already-fit individual, who went on to win her first female bodybuilding competition just three weeks after completing the program.
These successes solidified my belief that helping others achieve their fitness goals was my calling. I realized that I wanted to dedicate my life to empowering people to take control of their health and live more active, fulfilling lives. This led me to pursue formal education in fitness and nutrition, with the aim of guiding others toward a healthier lifestyle.
Ultimately, the most rewarding aspect of this journey has been the ability to positively impact the lives of others, helping them regain control of their health and achieve a more active and vibrant life.

First and foremost, thank you for visiting RPFfitness.com and taking the time to explore what I have to offer. While I won’t go into my full life story, I’d love to share some background on my fitness journey and experience.
My name is Mark, and I’ve been passionate about fitness for 32 years. For the past 18 years, I’ve worked as a personal fitness instructor, and I recently celebrated my 7th year as the proud owner of Team RPF Fitness Training, my personal fitness training gym. RPFfitness.com is an exciting extension of my gym, designed to reach and help even more people in their fitness journeys.
In addition to 8 years of education in Fitness Science and a variety of certifications, it’s my hands-on experience—32 years of working out, 18 years of personal training, and 7 years of running a successful fitness training gym—that has truly equipped me with the knowledge and skills to help transform people’s bodies and lives.
I’ve launched RPFfitness.com to fulfill two key goals: first, to meet the growing demand I’ve received over the years, and second, to expand my ability to help even more people achieve their personal fitness goals. My mission from the very beginning has always been to positively impact as many lives as possible, and this platform allows me to do just that.

This is your first month on your journey. This is where we start to learn the exercises. Proper form and technique is crucial. You will receive a little demo illustrating the form I want you to use, for every exercise. You will get one workout, per body part, minimum 7, depending on your goals, maybe more your first month. This is also where we start to learn how to eat, for the goals we want to achieve.
When you enter into your second and third month, we continue to really start figuring out, and dialing in on your nutritional needs, now that you are exercising. I also start adding more exercises, more challenging ones as we start increasing your workout volume and intensity. Remember, this is a process, we have to walk before we run.
By the time you are entering your fifth and sixth month, you will have learned how to eat for the goals you want. You will have learned some where between 45 and 65 different exercises by then, and having the knowledge to perform them correctly. Your sixth month is when you start hitting your maximum volume, intensity, and exercises. This month is when the full workouts start coming. The first 5 months was leading up to these workouts. Full volume, full intensity and advanced exercises.
